Accommodations

Vessel Walk Thru

Accommodations for up to ten in a four stateroom layout, the two forward berths are just shy of Queen, but larger than a double. The galley up, two head layout with the salon settee made down into a generous double. The interior is finished white with synthetic teak and holly soles throughout. Extensive 12 volt lighting, mostly dome style. Headroom is 6′-6″ aft upon entering but decreases going forward. The port and starboard accommodation space is 6′-1 to 6′-2″. There is plenty of ventilation given the large hatches and large sliding door and window in the Salon.

The Port AND Starboard staterooms are mirror image with 6′-6″ X 5′-0″ berths forward with storage in cubbies and a hanging locker and a second locker further aft (on the port side this houses a 2nd freezer unit). This is followed by an enclosed head with ensuite shower draining to a separate sump, manual Jabsco W.C. plumbed via a Y valve to the holding tank, and molded in vanity with sink and storage.

Further aft is the four step ladder to the salon inboard and outboard a three shelf book rack. Last aft is the aft stateroom(s) with a 6′-2″ berth which is a width of 4′-6″ and again storage in cubblies.

Up four steps to the Salon with a generous curved settee with storage under and drop leaf pedestal table. A navigation station is to starboard.

To port is the L-shaped galley with a very substantial ice box fitted with Adler Barber 12 volt refrigeration and a small freezer compartment. A double basin sink, and Force 10, three burner gimballed propane stove with oven. There is adequate storage for galley ware and food stuffs. Additional freezer space is in the separate Engel 12 volt freezer box starboard side.

The wide slider and pass through window make the cockpit part of the salon or vice versa with tons of seating at an L-shaped settee to port and straight settee to starboard. Two large storage lockers are under. Molded in steps allow easy access up onto the hulls to go fore and aft. Forward mast there are huge sail/gear lockers and additional storage is in lockers that also house the anchor windlass and fuel tanks at the forward end of the cabin.

— Paul Fosler

I just purchased my first large boat (my dreamboat) and Michael Streng and the rest of TMC was amazing! I really felt like I was a VIP customer because they were fast and easy to communicate with and worked ahead of me. It really was a treat and I would use them again any day!

— Collin Simmons

Andrew Hodgdon and The Multihull Company have done an extraordinary job facilitating the sale of our catamaran. There were a couple of challenges (geography and timing) that made this sale a little tricky, but, as usual, Andrew was amazing. I’ve been buying and selling cruising boats for over 12 years and Andrew is, without a doubt, the best broker I’ve worked with.

— Mort Orlov

Andrew Hodgdon at TMC-St. Augustine kept us thoroughly informed during the sale of our boat and took the extra steps necessary to complete the deal. His knowledge of the process made a complex deal very easy. Needless to say, we are extremely happy and satisfied with the job that Andrew did.

— David Baxter

A shout out to Andrew Holland at the TMC main office, who handled the closing transaction of the sale of our boat. Very professional and thorough. Thank you!!
