This 50' Power Catamaran For Sale, JUST THE TWO OF US, was designed by Graham Chapman and built by Adventure Pacific Marine in Newcastle, Australia for an experienced American yachtsman. She cruises effortlessly at 16 knots while offering an amazingly livable platform for living aboard and entertaining large groups. This vessel benefits from sophisticated construction and cored lightweight interior joinery which makes her much lighter and therefore more efficient than production power catamarans. She offers the seakeeping ability and range at reduced speed to cruise far and wide. This two stateroom / two head vessel will provide a tremendous amount of space for a family or two couples as a liveaboard or extensive cruising vessel. The Yanmar engines and Mase generator have been fully serviced and you will see from the pictures that the bottom paint is brand new. For the last 9 years this vessel has spent much of her time on a lift.

The interior was designed for comfortable living. The entire interior is crafted with cored composite natural cherry. Numerous overhead LEWMAR hatches and opening portlights provide natural ventilation and lighting.
SALON
Entered through double sliding glass doors from the lower after deck, the saloon replicates a charming living room setting with free standing furniture. Wrap around windows and sliding glass doors to the afterdeck offer 360° views. Forward in the main saloon is a complete steering station with brass and teak wheel. To port, forward, is a wet bar with fitted glassware storage. A hidden dining room table for 8 is secured in a sliding cherry cabinet system. One of the “signature items” is a gracious solid cherry staircase leading to the fly bridge aft to port.
GALLEY
ENCLOSED BRIDGE
This vessel operates the yacht from the enclosed bridge helm. With her multiple cameras and the Eartech duplex headsets even docking is easy. A centerline double wide cherry helm chair is positioned for optimal visibility. To starboard aft is an L-shaped leather dinette with folding table leaf and a corner “office.” All upholstery is buttery leather. Centerline double sliding glass doors open the upper aft deck. A 12 VDC/120VAC refrigerator is located port of the helm.
MASTER STATEROOM
Located in the port hull, the master stateroom has an en-suite head, double vanity, ladies dressing table and large shower.
GUEST STATEROOM
In the starboard hull, the guest stateroom has an en-suite head, double vanity, and large shower.
