About
This 2010 Admiral 38 Executive 3-cabin, 2 head catamaran has only had two owners, has never been chartered, is extremely well maintained and is in great condition. The living space and the entertaining space is exceptional and feels much bigger than a 38ft boat. Β This boat crossed from South Africa to the US and has been cruising down through the Bahamas and Caribbean ever since. These are very capable ocean crossing boats. With 3 ft of draft if you're cruising in shallow areas you can snuggle up closer to the beach than most boats. This boat is fitted with an engine-driven ECOTECH water maker which are really well-built quality units and solid performers. Up on the top of the cockpit roof there's 3 x 335 watt, 36 volt Solar Panels giving you 1005 watts in total. The stack pack is in great condition and the main sail is fitted with the Harken Battcar system, a fantastic upgrade that you almost never find on this size of boat due to the purchase cost, makes hoisting, dropping or reefing the sail very easy. Β This boat has window and hatch screens and to add to the shade this boat boasts a custom sun cover which not only covers up most of the salon and the forward cabins but also channels the air through the boat so when the hatches are open it really sends a super amount of breeze through the boat keeping everything nice and cool. Β Ideal for someone that's looking for their first catamaran or maybe upgrading from a monohull and looking to get into the Caribbean cruising lifestyle. This boat is easy to handle and offers excellent living and entertaining space and it really ticks a lot of boxes for a lot of people. Β **Contact broker for more behind the scenes pictures**

Perfect for outdoor living the cockpit roof has Sunbrella sunshades to keep the sun out, a Magma AID-104 Marine BBQ and plenty of seating. The cockpit table has an integral cooler ice box which is great use of space. The factory davits keep the dinghy nice and high. The helm is normally covered. The helm cover is multifunction which slides out for complete removal or it can remain in place if you wanted to use the boat with parts of it covered. Β The saloon is a pleasant place to be as there’s lots of natural light coming in through the big windows. The light-colored wood and cabinetry give the boat a very modern look. Thereβs a nice U-shaped seating area with new cushions (2024) and there is storage underneath the chairs and the table. The top of the table can be lifted to reveal storage for charts. The nav station is a very neatly organized area with the 12 Volt and 230 Volt systems and all the panels are in great condition. Β The galley is a well thought out open workspace with double stainless sink, waste bin built into the work surface, storage under the sink, isotherm fridge and Isotherm freezer. The stainless hob and oven are in good condition. Β The starboard hull is dedicated to the owner. There is a double bed in the aft cabin. There are opening hatches to let the breeze through the boat and plenty of cubby holes and compartments. Many of the locker doors have a decorative vented screen on the front; as well as looking nice they also allow air to circulate through the cupboards to help keep stored clothes nice and fresh. The bathroom has an electric toilet, single sink, mixer head and shower. Β The port hull has two guest cabins with a single bathroom in between them and plenty more storage. The aft Cabin is a double, the same as the ownerβs side. There are 12v fans, more storage, power outlets and a small seat. Working with Andrew Hodgdon at The MultiHull Company was a great experience. Andrew has years of experience in the multihull market, especially performence catamarans and was the Technical Director at Balance Catamarans for many years. Heβs always available to talk, guide and advise. Heβs easy to work with, is extremely knowledgeable, and has a very pleasant way about him. I would highly recommend Andrew to help in your sale or purchase of any multihull.
Working with Will, Andrew Holland and Andrew Hodgdon to sell my Balance 442 was such a pleasure. No one knows multihulls as well as Andrew Hodgdon, especially performance cats like a Balance. As Technical Director of Balance for many years, Andrew knows all of the nuances of that type of boat, as well as the other brands in the category. If you want to sell or buy a catamaran, look no further than Andrew Hodgdon!
Multihull Company did a great job with advertising and selling our boat. Also with the closing and documentation work. Highly recommend them and our broker, Dunbar Lewis.
