  • Boat has been regularly hauled out every year, all systems inspected and all necessary repairs carried out in professional yards by professional qualified personnel.
  • Last haulout was in Dec 2019. Applied  SeaHawk 44 antifouliing paint. Minor gelcoat crack repairs. Repainted forward and aft cross beams. Cockpit deck and table refinishing. Polishing of hull, topsides and house.

SEA  CHATEAU has 4 double berth cabins + 1 single berth cabin and a total of five heads, four of which have showers.

  • Aft are mirror image double berth cabins. The berths are situated in a fore & aft arrangement and are inboard. There is a private head with shower as well as a hanging locker and storage. 
  • Forward are two mirror image double berth cabins, also with the berths arranged fore & aft and each with a private head and shower, hanging locker and storage spaces. 
  • Amidships to starboard is a single berth cabin located inboard.  Amidships to port is a single head with sink.
  • The bridgedeck features a spacious galley forward to port in a U-shaped configuration.  Forward to starboard is the L-shaped salon with dinette table. 

The interior is beautifully appointed and shows in excellent condition. The salon and cabins have 7’ of headroom or more.

Four 7000 BTU Marine Air air conditioning systems, each stateroom has its own AC unit.

  • In 2017 all old antifouling paint was removed, five coats of epoxy barrier coat were applied. No blistering was evident. Every year since antifouling has been done with two coats and a third on waterline
  • Boat has been regularly hauled out every year, all systems inspected and all necessary repairs carried out in professional yards by professional qualified personnel.

Accomodation

SEA  CHATEAU has 4 double berth cabins + 1 single berth cabin and a total of five heads, four of which have showers.

  • Aft are mirror image double berth cabins. The berths are situated in a fore & aft arrangement and are inboard. There is a private head with shower as well as a hanging locker and storage. 
  • Forward are two mirror image double berth cabins, also with the berths arranged fore & aft and each with a private head and shower, hanging locker and storage spaces. 
  • Amidships to starboard is a single berth cabin located inboard.  Amidships to port is a single head with sink.
  • The bridgedeck features a spacious galley forward to port in a U-shaped configuration.  Forward to starboard is the L-shaped salon with dinette table. 

The interior is beautifully appointed and shows in excellent condition. The salon and cabins have 7’ of headroom or more.

Four 7000 BTU Marine Air air conditioning systems, each stateroom has its own AC unit.
