Being a seafarer runs in the Robic family. Born in Brittany along the West coast of France, Gwen Robic’s introduction to boats began at an early age and she remembers sailing on monohulls in the Med when she was a teen. Gwen studied Marine and Environmental science and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management in France, before traveling to Australia to improve her English skills, she is bilingual since then. Back in Europe, she was a sailing instructor for a well-known travel firm in the Med and in the Caribbean. She furthered her marine industry experience by working for a major sailboat manufacturer in France followed by a yacht charter company in Saint-Martin.
In 2012, Gwen joined The Moorings as Yacht Broker specialized in ex-charter fleet sailboats and in Leopard catamaran brand.
In 2019, she decided to move with her family from the Leeward to the Windward Islands. She now lives in Carriacou, a sister isle of Grenada, and join The Multihull Company brokerage team. Owner of a traditional wooden small cargo vessel, Gwen often sails from The Grenadines Islands to Saint-Lucia and Martinique with her husband, a professional captain, sharing together their passion for sailing.
With Gwen’s vast yachting knowledge from manufacturing, charter and brokerage side, she will add unparralled value to The Multihull Company brokerage team and any deal with her customer dedication and product knowledge.
