New Catamarans - Balance 421

The overall finish of the Balance Catamarans 421 will be consistent withluxury world-standard yacht of this size and type.  Only very high quality equipment is used throughout.

The overall aim is for a level of construction, workmanship, equipment, fitout and style that surpasses any other comparable catamaran available in the market at this price range.

Finish:  Full female moulded hulls & decks, exterior gelcoat finish with moulded-in non-slip surface on deck areas.

Hull Laminate: 100% Vinyl Ester (Modified epoxy) resin laminate.  100% Airex foam core.  No structural wood or balsa core used in the laminate.  Laminate specifications are to Australian and International Survey Standards.

Deck Laminate:  100% vinyl ester resin and e-glass.  100% Airex foam core. No structural wood or balsa core used.  High density foam core and aluminium backing plates used for mounting deck hardware.

Vacuum infusion is used extensively in the build

Bulkheads pre-impregnated high pressure epoxy resin E-Glass laminate / foam core (ATL Duflex)
