First launched in 2008, the ORANA 44 is the first yacht by Fountaine Pajot to feature a single-piece hull build. LOA: 44'
TYPE: St. Francis
MODEL: 44 Mark II
YEAR: 2004
USD: $350,000
LYING: Turkey

This well cared for St. Francis cat was custom made in 2004 and sailed from South Africa to George Town in the Bahamas by the first owners who dropped the hook and never, ever left. They basically used it as a floating condo for four years. The seller is the second owner, when bought it in 2008, there were 500 hours on the engines and the majority of that was used to charge batteries and heat water, seriously. The sails were in factory new condition, the boat still smelled of fiberglass like it just left the factory.

The boat was custom made in 2004 and saile . . . more

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT… Even the most perfectionist yachtsman could not find any other word to describe this beautiful Lagoon 440 owner version. I personally have not seen any other boat which simply looked brand new when 4 years old! The current owner has not spared any cost and she is in the market because the owner has already bought a much larger yacht. One owner, privately and light used, equipped with all the high cost equipment needed for any kind of cruising and maintained by a professional skipper all year round…This is as good as it gets!

Price Reduced by $25,000!

This 431 is unusual. Unlike most 4 cabin 2 head catamarans she has never been chartered. In fact, she was skipper maintained in and about the Sea of Cortez by her first owner. They fit her with a carbon fiber mast, boom, and bowsprit and Kevlar shrouds and reinvested the weight saved by opting for the 471 size carbon mast so she would glide on a breathe of air. She is a tall rig 431 and her current owner brought her to San Francisco Bay to play but knows she's meant to cruise. This unusually well kept, unusually well canvased, well equipped West . . . more

We are always thrilled here at TMC when we get to list a coveted owner version Catana 431. These are just really special boats and have proven their mettle with many circumnavigations over the years. What is even nicer about them is they offer an excellent blend of performance underway as well as comfort at anchor.

We sold Kontiki to her current owner several years ago, and she has enjoyed sailing and living on her on the U.S. East Coast and in the Caribbean. Kontiki has been well cared for, constantly upgraded, and is equipped with the gear any serious voyager and liveaboarder . . . more

Here is a super-well maintained, refit Privilege 42, with new and upgraded engines (100 hours, 2 Volvo x 39 HP replacing the original 29 HP) and just ready to go voyaging. I asked the owner to explain for me her care and refit history over the past two years. Here is what he said:

"Tropi Cat has had the best care since I owned it. It has always been in professional marinas or yards and I have the stacks of bills to prove it. One person takes care of running the engines and topping off the batteries, although it does not need much of that, because it uses the solar panels only wh . . . more

“Whitebird” is a Nimbus 42 cruising catamaran designed by well-known UK catamaran designer Richard Woods. She was built on the UK east coast in fiberglass foam sandwich by two Air Force engineers. The original design was extended by two feet, creating additional space in the bridgedeck salon. She was initially launched in 1998, although she was unrigged and interior, engine and instrumentation work was incomplete. The project languished afloat until purchase by the current owners in 2002. The new owners stepped the mast and completed the interior, instrumentation and engine installation from 2 . . . more

This fast, nimble cruiser by Fountaine Pajot has the interior volume and waterline length to take you through the Caribbean in comfort and the payload capacity to take you beyond Panama. This Venezia is owned by a couple that spent some time and money to upgrade/install critical systems and equipment this winter (engines, watermaker, solar, batteries, windlass, canvas, upholstery) before setting off on a Caribbean circuit. The port forward cabin was converted into a storage/worshop area to facilitate life aboard. Very clean cat; simple and easy to maintain with a nice inventory of spare parts. . . . more

All primary sail control lines, including the main halyard and reefing lines, are now brought back to the cockpit where the addition of an electric winch increases the ease, efficiency and safety of manaing mainsail loads. Movement between the steering station, the cockpit and the main salon remains free and open.

This boat is in new condition. It is a great 4 cabin cruising boat equipped with charter appropriate ammenities. There is an opportunity here to either keep this as a revenue producing boat, or to put it into private use. The Lagoon 410 is one of the best sailing boats in Lagoon's line. It is just as well oriented as an offshore sailboat as it is a charter boat, which is what makes it ideal for someone wanting a boat equal in comfort as it is in performance.
