This well cared for St. Francis cat was custom made in 2004 and sailed from South Africa to George Town in the Bahamas by the first owners who dropped the hook and never, ever left. They basically used it as a floating condo for four years. This owner version Catana 431 has just undergone a comprehensive servicing and replacement of major sytems by specialised Catana contractors. “Whitebird” is a Nimbus 42 cruising catamaran designed by well-known UK catamaran designer Richard Woods. She was built on the UK east coast in fiberglass foam sandwich by two Air Force engineers. The original design was extended by two feet, creating additional space in the bridgedeck salon.
