Privilege EZ Sail 37

This owner version Privilege 37 is the jewel of sub 40’ live aboard cats. It is incredibly spacious, and features the unique forward nacelle king sized berth. Port forward is a generous head, and starboard forward is a stand up shower and head compartment. There is a down galley, ample storage space, and two aft cabins. The salon is open and airy, and is highlighted with light high varnished woods. There is a large aft cockpit.

This boat was sold to its current owner to live aboard in the metro NYC area, and really hasn’t gone anywhere since in 6 years. In that time, the boat has only sailed to Rhode Island and back a few times, and for day sails. It has new batteries, a Webasto heating system, new refrigerator, and many other upgrades.

The rigging has all been checked and renewed as needed. There is a new main and genoa jib.

Martelle has had many upgrades. For a boat her age, she is in 7-8 out of 10 condition. There are some upgrades needed on the electronics, and the boat does not have a bimini. However, for a boat of her age, quality, and low usage, this boat is a real opportunity for someone who wants a great live aboard.
