Privilege 37

Privilege 37

The Privilege 37 catamaran is a wonderful boat to live aboard since it has good volume with lots of light, ventilation and headroom. Storage is more than enough for a cruising couple with guests. The interior is inviting due to the woodwork and not at all similar to the many plastic cats in the market. Close hauled sailing is affected by the windage and the waterline length of the boat but on the beam or off, performance is good. The Yanmars have been reliable and the sails are in good shape. The boat is very dry both from a sailing aspect and with respect to the bilges. There is some cruising equipment aboard along with Caribbean charts, tools and spares.

SPECIAL FEATURES

The Privilege 37 catamaran is a wonderful boat to live aboard since it has good volume with lots of light, ventilation and headroom. Storage is more than enough for a cruising couple with guests. Close hauled sailing is affected by the windage and the waterline length of the boat but on the beam or off, performance is good. The Yanmars have been reliable and the sails are in good shape. The reason for the discrepancy in engine hours is that the water maker is engine driven on the port side. The boat is very dry both from a sailing aspect and with respect to the bilges. There is some cruising equipment aboard along with Caribbean charts, tools and spares.
