Perry - “Little Wing ”

Perry - “Little Wing ”

FURTHER PRICE REDUCTION to $399,000.

Little Wing is a high-tech, performance catamaran with stunning lines. She was built at SHAW BOATS in Washington state of carbon, glass epoxy laminate with kevlar reinforcements at critical areas under the waterline. She sports a GOETZ carbon fiber rig that culminates at 80 feet above the waterline with Dyform rigging, composite chainplates and a carbon retractable bowsprit. Carbon rudders and daggerboards on a WHITLOCK differential steering system keep this stiff platform on the straight and narrow. At 29+ feet she is one of the beamiest and stable cats in her class. A full array of spectra and carbon composite headsails including gennaker, screecher, assymetric spinnaker and furling genoa leave no doubt as to her agenda; LITTLE WING is a sailor's cat. She won all three legs of the Baja Haha Rally to Cabo in 2001 and has illustrated herself in the Heineken Regatta and other Caribbean rendezvous.

She is powered by twin YANMAR 48 HP diesels (3082 h stbd/ 3064 h port engine) equipped with stainless 1 inch shafts and stainless struts pushing twin 18 inch Maxprops with Lasdrop seals - a simple, low maintenance set-up that is ideal for cruising in remote locations.

Her interior is finished in warm teak and cherry wood veneers. She has a very spacious salon with a leather covered couch, a large forward-facing navigation area and a spacious L-shaped galley with sliding pass-through window to the cockpit area. A smart selection of interior systems will take you anywhere in comfort: KUBOTA generator, BALMAR alternators, 4 x solar panels, 40 gal/hour AQUA PACK watermaker, WEBASTO heater, deepfreezer, radar, 2 autopilots....she is loaded for voyaging.
Little Wing has been continually upgraded by her liveaboard owners who have cruised the Caribbean basin and the west coast of Central America for the past decade.

Little Wing has just crossed the Caribbean basin and is now in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, conveniently located for showings.
