CONSTRUCTION

Polyester sandwich construction. Sealed volumes in the boat, including a foamed each bow using box collision. Bulkheads reinforced front and rear of each float. Fin keels also foamed. Hulls and bridge made of polyester with PVC foam sandwich vacuum applied using carefully selected materials. NPG isophthalic gelcoat with first monolithic fabric impregnated with resin, isophthalic all providing excellent protection against'osmose, additional 2 layers of epoxy resin (GELSHIELD system osmosis barrier).
PVC closed cell foam for the homogeneity of the structure. Glass fabrics tri- and bi-directional.
Bridge link by lip-shells reinforced, glued and screwed. Main structural bulkheads in marine plywood with plywood and laminated beams and lined the bridge. Bulkheads fittings marine plywood laminate. Cons molding in showers, toilets, square and kitchen for ease of maintenance. 2 x 2 steps for lateral access.
