Orion, as you will learn from reading the full specs listing here, is loaded with all of the most costly equipment you can install on a luxury yacht. She was purchased new for her owner in 2003 and has been captained sailed and captain maintained from day one. But this captain, for what I have learned, is no ordinary captain - he is an engineer as well. I asked our agent and partner in Trinidad, the master catamaran builder, Philippe Richard, to inspect her for us. He said the following: "Phil, this boat is as well maintained as any catamaran that comes around. Nobody who comes to inspect or survey this boat will be disappointed. She is just a lovely yacht and her engineer captain has maintained her with the utmost care." Orion is currently under the care of Philippe at the Catamaran Village in Chaguaramas and she can be shown easily with an appointment. She will be laid up in the yard for hurricane season so a bottom survey can be conducted swiftly at any time.
