I recently inspected this two owner Lagoon 440 which is thoroughly equipped for bluewater cruising. Highlights include INCIDENCES sails, dual YANMAR 54 HP engines, bowsprit with gennaker, two electric primary winches, two RAYMARINE plotters at salon helm (E120) and fly-bridge (E80), RAYMARINE radar, FLEET 33 communication, Navtex, full stero and video entertainment, dual engine controls at chart table and flybridge. It also offers the comfort and ammenities of a yacht of this caliber: generator, watermaker, shoreside AC in owner's stateroom, dishwasher, washer/dryer, extra fridge in cockpit (in addition to fridge and freezer in galley), convertible salon and both bow compartments fitted with bunks. Two new MASTERVOLT chargers and recent AGM LIFELINE service batteries keep all of this equipment humming. All the yacht needs is a complement of solar panels to provide more energy versatility.

This Lagoon 440 has a permanent skipper and hostess aboard that keep all of this equipment maintained and clean. Her interior is elegantly outfitted in white alcantara upholstery. Liners and veneers are in as new condition; floors floordboards, bathroom and galley fawcetts and light fixtures are in very good condition. Bathroom mirrors are begining to fade at perimeters. The boat is ready to take you to the island next door or across an ocean.
