JUST BACK ON THE MARKET! THE SELLER IS OPEN TO REASONABLE OFFERS. This vessel has just been reduced and the owner is ready to sell. Bring in an offer. We had her under contract the day we listed her, but the buyer's financing came apart. She already has a perfect hull survey done and is ready for the completion of a full in-the-water survey. But one can hardly expect anything but good things - after all, she is as close to shrink-wrapped as a used yacht can be. She was purchased new from us in 2003, sailed across the Atlantic, and delivered to Lake Ontario where she has spent her entire life. She is therefore a freshwater boat that spends half the year on the hard. She has less than 500 engine hours which reflect her light use. To learn more about this fantastic Lagoon 410, S2, owner version catamaran, just give Phil a call at our Philadelphia Corporate Office. As she has just gone back into the water, we are still collecting photos and will post them here as soon as possible.
