Lagoon 440 - “Oteka ”

Oteka is a stunning 2008 owner version Lagoon 440 in exceptional condition. Please review the enclosed photos of this elegant yacht taken in March 2012. Her live-aboard owners have cared for her meticulously and without interruption since they specified and purchased the yacht new in 2008 in France. They initially sailed her across the Atlantic and cruised the Caribbean with their children for 2 years. More recently, they have run a successful crewed charter business in the BVI.

Oteka features the refined Alpi oak interior with wenge floors. Her floorboards, veneers, liners and upholstery are in impeccable condition.

On deck, she shows like a yacht that has been waxed and polished regularly and maintained by yachting professionals: recent running rigging, clean canvas and smart cockpit cushions. Twin 54 hp Yanmar engines with 1300h and a 7.5 Kwh Onan generator with 430h.

Oteka is yacht quality throughout. She is an elite Laggon 440 owner version. She is on the dock in Saint Martin and ready to be inspected and sea trialed immediately.
