This 2003 Eleuthera 60 is an excellent value. She is structurally very sound and cosmetically in good condition. Her interior veneers, floorboards, corian countertops and head-liners are in good to very good condition. She needs new salon and chart table upholstery. Windows and hatches are all craze-free, fawcets and light fixtures are clean. She needs new bathroom mirrors throughout. This former crewed charter yacht has been out of service for nearly a year and needs a number of systems (generator, AC, watermaker, engines) serviced or recommissioned. She has a new barrier coat and bottom paint (January 2010), new standing rigging (shrouds and forestay in January 2010), new anchor chain, recent instruments (2006) and her INCIDENCES sails are in very good condition. She offers several premium factory options including 4 electric winches and teak cockpit.
I have visited this yacht several times over the last few months and recently surveyed her. Attached are my recent photos. She can be sailed "as is" anywhere in the Caribbean or US Eastern seaboard. A modest recomissioning and refit budget will make for a very comfortable family cruiser or charter yacht. Please contact Alexis de Boucaud to get more detailed information on the history and condition of this yacht.
