The seller has reduced the price yet again. The seller is able to sell it so low because of the weakness of the pound sterling.
Can Can is simply immaculate. She has been captain maintained since new and has operated successfully as a luxury crewed charter yacht for the past two years. Her first owner limited her to under 15 weeks of crewed charter a year, so she shows very light use. Her captain was a fastidious Norseman with an engineering background. Her owner spared no expense to keep her in perfect order.
We sold Can Can not so long ago to her current owner, who planned to keep her in charter for a year and then bring her to the Med. Alas, as sometimes happens, he found himself swamped with business obligations and decided he just could not use Can Can enough to justify continued ownership. I attend on average 30 catamaran surveys a year, and Can Can's was one of the best I have ever seen. Her survey is current and we are happy to share it with any truly serious buyer. In addition to this, every item on the survey deemed in need of attention has been attended to. Can Can has a super reputation in the luxury crewed charter industry and a great track record. She has a captain and crew and will be operating in the BVI until she is sold. She shows good income and may continue to operate in charter for her new owner. She can be purchased at any time and the charter business assumed by her new owner, but all charters on her books must be honored by her new owner until fulfilled.
To learn all about Can Can, or to talk Catana with Phil, please just give us a call. We are the Catana agents for North and South America and offer a wide range of services for Catana owners, including charter management at our new Dream Yachts Charter base in Maya Cove, Tortola.
The price had just been reduced! Bring in offers for this motivated seller. |
