Mark's Promise has just arrived in Ft. Lauderdale as of September 6, 2007. She is in grape shape, has low engine hours, and the seller is highly motivated to look at serious offers. He just reduced her price over $40,000. There are often several Bahia 46 catamarans on the market, many coming out of charter programs. Sadly, most them had hard abuse and ran up high engine hours and were poorly maintained. Not so with Mark's Promise. She is a very well maintained Bahia 46 and she has a Northern Lights generator, dishwasher, full air conditioning, and Sea Frost Refrigerator and Freezer. Like all the Bahia's she is spacious and enormously comfortable and ergonomically easy to walk around, both inside and out. She has good bridge-deck-clearance, a large rig, spacious cockpit and galley-up design.
